Refund Policy
1. Return Period: The buyer can request a return of the product within a day after receiving it in case the product has a manufacturing defect.
2. Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original condition with proper packaging. Any open or used product that cannot be recalled for hygiene and health reasons.
3. Receipt: The purchase receipt or order number must be presented as proof of purchase.
4. Costs: The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer, unless the product is damaged or not conforming to the specifications.
5. Refund: After inspecting the returned product and confirming its condition, the refund will be made to the buyer with the same original payment method.

6. Exclusions: Some products such as special offers or products for personal use may not be refundable.
